The length of the stainless steel zipper refers to the length of the zipper after being engaged in a natural flat state, which can be changed according to the actual application. The concept of zipper length is slightly different depending on the form of the zipper.

 

The length concepts of the following different types of zippers include open-end zippers, closed-end zippers, double-opened zippers, and double-closed zippers.

  Open tail zipper

     The length of the open zipper is from the outer end of the latch to the top of the slider, excluding the top tape.

 

     Closed tail zipper

     The length of the closed tail zipper is from the outer end of the bottom stop to the top of the slider, excluding the top and bottom straps.

 

     Double-end open tail zipper

     The length of the double-headed open-end zipper is from the top of the top slider to the top of the bottom slider.
