Affected by the epidemic, labor shortage has become a difficult problem for many enterprises to return to work. However, Aosheng zippers have hardly worried about "difficult employment" these years. "Most of us are older than 10 years old, and Yiwu has already become their 'second home'. After the company resumes work, they will 'go home' one after another." Lou Xufeng said.
A "no price" company
"Now is not the time to talk about the price, I just want to do my part. You can give me the required zipper specifications, and the price will be discussed later..." On February 12, Lou Xufeng received an inquiry call from a medical protective clothing manufacturer in Pujiang. On February 16, the first day of the official resumption of production of Aosheng zippers, a batch of produced zippers were sent to Pujiang. On the same day, the company gave up the zipper order production of home textiles, clothing, bags and other categories, and made every effort to provide security for three domestic medical protective clothing manufacturers.
"The enterprise in Pujiang asked about the price first. It was normal in business. I was a little excited at that time because I thought they didn't know me very well." Lou Xufeng said, "The medical protective clothing is provided to the first-line anti epidemic medical staff, and we are proud to be able to do a little bit in the rear. We will only give the other party the lowest price, and it is absolutely impossible to raise the price."
It is understood that Aosheng Zipper has more than 220 front-line employees, and only 20 employees return to work on the first day of resumption, and the production capacity is only about 10% of the normal period. On the same day, even Zhou Xianren, the general manager of the company, went to the finished product workshop to "guest star" as a quality inspector. "At the moment of the epidemic, we should fulfill our corporate responsibility. Zippers in other categories are more profitable, but we all understand the boss's' stubbornness'. It is precisely because of this' stubbornness' that many employees are willing to stay here." Zhou Xianren, who has worked in Auspicious Zipper for 22 years, said.
A boss of "New Year's greetings from thousands of miles"
During the Spring Festival the year before last, Lou Xufeng took his son to Anhui and Shandong. It took seven or eight days to pay New Year greetings to the old employees, most of whom came from these two provinces. "Many people have given Aosheng zippers the best 10 or 20 years of their lives. It is appropriate for me to pay New Year's greetings to their parents and children." Lou Xufeng said that he had paid tribute to employees during the Spring Festival before, but that time he visited more than 30 employees' families at one go and was deeply impressed.
Lou Xufeng clearly remembered that when he arrived at Zhou Xianren's home in the rural area of Quanjiao County, Anhui Province, it was snowing heavily, and the snow on the ground was twenty or thirty centimeters thick. "Although the weather was bad, many employees from the company who lived in Quanjiao County rushed over. The farthest one was more than 200 kilometers away from Zhou Xianren's home." Lou Xufeng said.
Because of the arrival of Lou Xufeng and others, this remote mountain village immediately became boiling. "The boss of the enterprise made a special trip to pay New Year's greetings to the employees, which has never happened in our village. Not only did I feel very proud, but also the villagers were very happy." Zhou Xianren said.
On this New Year's visit, Lou Xufeng emptied his pocket of more than 30000 yuan in cash and gave red envelopes to the employees' parents and children one by one. "Later, the cash was not enough, so I had to borrow it from fellow drivers." In Lou Xufeng's opinion, the relationship between the boss and employees should not only be a simple employment relationship, but also more about family and friendship.

In 2002, Aosheng Zipper was settled in Yiwu Chi'an Town Characteristic Industrial Park, its predecessor is Xusheng Zipper, which was founded by Sihousheng Village, Futian Street for 10 years. In the past 28 years, the company has experienced a period of rapid employee growth, as well as a reduction of employees due to "machine replacement". At present, 60% of the company's employees have worked for more than 10 years, many of whom are of two generations. They have always been attached to Aussie zippers.
On February 13, after receiving the notice that the company was about to resume work, Wang Zhengyi from Tugeda Village, Yanglou Town, Shan County, Shandong Province drove back to Yiwu with his wife at the first time. Wang Zhengyi is the director of Aosheng zipper dyeing workshop, and his wife also works in the dyeing workshop. A few days later, her brother and sister-in-law, who were also employees of the dyeing workshop, also drove back to Aosheng Zipper. The brothers' father, Wang Xianliang, had worked in Xusheng Zipper for 89 years. After they graduated from school, their father took them back to the factory. At present, there are several pairs of father and son, mother and daughter who work in Aosheng Zipper.
"Being respected and recognized is the reason why employees are willing to stay in the company." Wang Zhengyi said that Aosheng Zipper has strict rules and regulations, and rewards and punishments for employees are handled according to the rules and regulations. It never depends on the boss's likes and dislikes.
